Are you currently working in customer service? Are you interested in being an entrepreneur of sorts? Are you highly self-motivated and show up places on your game? If so, you are probably enjoy working here…so let’s continue!

We will hire based on your desire to build relationships, your ability to want to build your brand both on and offline (if you don’t know what that means- don’t worry, we can work with you to build one), your community involvement and your self motivation. You don’t have to have experience to be successful here. We can teach you product knowledge and how to sell a car but we can’t teach you to motivate yourself to want to learn.

We will empower you through CRM systems to help you manage your day and keep track of your customers. We will provide you with marketing assistance to bring in leads and help you build your presence in the community. We even have an awesome Business Development coordinator to assist you in following up and making appointments! We are here to help you be the best sales person you can be. When you succeed, we all succeed.

If you want to enjoy coming in to work everyday and want to make a great living than this is what we believe it will take to succeed:

~ You are adaptable to change. There are many working parts in the auto retail industry. We have many different systems we work with, technology changes, times change, marketing efforts change, our team needs to be able to roll with the punches and adapt.

~ You are empathetic to peoples needs, wants and life situations. A vehicle is likely the second largest purchase that people make. Although we work with people buying cars everyday, our customers don’t. You need to be understanding, patient and happy with your customers.

~ Relationship building is key. You don’t just sell a car and never talk to your customer again. You reach out, ask them about their family, their dog…you connect with them on social media and send them birthday cards. Your customers become family and you love this part of your job.

~ Perseverance is undeniably a critical part of this position. Sales has it’s ups, downs and all-arounds. You will have good days and bad days. Amazing customers and some challenging ones. But you always know that tomorrow is another day and you don’t let the not-so-great times bring you down.

~ You must be able to use a computer and cell phone. Technology is your friend. Our systems are user friendly and will help you a lot along the way when you let them. We are not that place that makes you put away your phone, but we expect that you will use it to call, text, email and post on social to continue building those relationships and prospecting.

~ sales is a numbers game. If you want to be successful you need to ABC (always be closing) and ABP (always be prospecting). You will have leads sent your way however you need to think of this position as if you were owning your own business. Who are YOU? What do YOU have to offer? And how many people do you need to get in front of every year, month, week and day to make the kind of money you want to make?
