COVID-19 Business Update

A Message to our valued clients, friends…


**Updated March 8, 2021: We are OPEN by appointment only. We are asking that all customers who enter our building (Sales, Service and Parts), to wear a mask, observe social distancing and sign in with their name and phone number for our records.

What to Expect


We have been deemed essential and feel very lucky to be so. Being able to continue to take care of all of your vehicles needs and remaining open comes with great responsibility and one that we take seriously. We are open by appointment only and we are being safe. What does safe mean? It means that we are continuing to practice social distancing, we are wearing masks and requiring our customers to as well. We are sanitizing our public spaces hourly. We kindly ask that if you or a loved one are feeling unwell, have been around someone who is sick or has COVID that you please stay home. If you or a loved one has travelled outside of the country, that you please stay home. We are allowed to be open by appointment only, to limit the number of individuals indoors at any given time and we remain diligent in knowing that if we all do our part, that we will once again get through this.

We are asking all customers to enter through the front door of our building between the hours of 9am to 6pm. There is a QR code that you will scan with the camera of your phone and follow the link to fill out the COVID pre-screen form. You will then show one of our representatives that you have completed the form and that you are good to enter our building. If you do not have a smart phone or mobile device, we have manual forms for you to complete before entering. If you have an appointment with service before 9am, please proceed directly to the service doors and scan the QR code there or knock on the door and a service representative will have you fill out a manual form.

Build Your Deal ONLINE. We are very excited to announce that we now have a tool on our website that will walk you through 90% of the sales process from the comfort of your own home! It’s EASY! Just click the Calculate Your Payment button on any vehicle page. You can play around with financing, leasing and cash prices/terms, enter your trade information including pictures that you can upload right from your mobile phone or desktop, fill out a credit application and even leave a (fully refundable) deposit if you are confident that this is the vehicle for you!


We are continuing to offer contactless-drop off service for your vehicles. Our team at Mike Jackson remain committed to offering you the best possible experience. We will work with you in ANY way we can to ensure that you are not inconvenienced. We do have a limited supply of service loaner vehicles to lend out if you do not have any other way of dropping off your vehicle. We are now allowing our customers to wait in our waiting room with face masks. This is on a limited basis to ensure everyone is safe distance from one another. There is a limited availability, please ensure that you book through our Service Appointment Coordinator or find a time slot online. Our Parts department will also remain open through curbside pickup and local delivery.
