A good first experience with this dealer. I had always dealt with a GM dealer in another town since buying new in 2018, and my low milage car hadn't been serviced in quite a while. Service Advisor Dave brought up my records from my previous dealer, and we determined only an oil change was needed. We discussed other services but he didn't try to 'up-sell' unnecessary work. My service was done in under an hour. Making an appointment was easy, and the staff pleasant and helpful. I'll be back. One tip for Jackson's...my previous GM dealer ...

Just bought a 2024 Equinox today because Jody came out and waited on us and had us drive two vehicles we liked. One fit the bill so we went ahead and bought it. Very easy transition, a good explanation of how everything worked, a new license and we were on our way! Our first time buying there and very happy with the transaction!
I came across a vehicle online that took my interest, enquired via email, got an immediate response and went to see the vehicle. I brought my vehicle for a warranty repair dropped off the service was great friendly staff. The repair was done with outstanding workmanship. (I had concerns of parts not fitting correctly afterwards). I canāt even tell that parts were removed and reinstalled. And was done in a timely manner and was called a day or two later saying the car was ready for pickup. Also friendly I will continue bringing my vehicle is for service at MJ Rommieā¦
There was a misunderstanding between myself & service rep regarding appointment time. I assumed 8:30 am appointments meant your car would be inspected then. I was told I was in a queue & that is why my car had not moved from drop off spot at 1:30 pm. Anyway I took it back & needed brakes & rotors & fluids. Leo pushed my car through & I had it back next day just after noon. $2800 but hopefully my car is back to tip top shape. Leo was finally very accommodating & I was finally happy with me experience.
